The people working are always very kind but the cupcakes themselves leave so much to be desired. This is my third tike trying to like this place but man, the cake is so dry. Not moist, very dull flavors. I want to love it, I want to support local, but truly may be the worst cupcakes I’ve ever eaten. Would not recommend.

So when your bestie plans her baby shower the Sunday of Thanksgiving so family can join and asks if you bring the cake. you do the research, read all the reviews, check pictures as she wanted a theme cake (book spines as it was a book theme shower). you find Happy Bakery, for flavors wanted something nice and light and chose Ginger and Pear. The cake looked as asked, with a perfect little stack of books on top and the whole cake surrounded by book spines. there is where my amazing experience ended. I had to pick up the cake on Wednesday as they were closed through Sunday, okay. So by Sunday, the four day old cake was so dense it looked completely squished. I kept it refrigerated as directed, the frosting was not enjoyable and added no sweetness. after paying almost 180 for a cake it went 60% uneaten, which no one ever wants to see.

Happy Bakeshop was great choice for our wedding cake. In the process of picking our flavors, we got to choose 6 different kinds to pick up and taste in the comfort of our home. Once we decided our flavor, it was easy to lock down the design and expectations for picking the wedding cake up before the wedding. Highly recommend this vendor - delicious cake, beautiful decor and met our expectations.

Ordered a birthday cake. The cake to icing ratio was fabulous. The flavors of the pumpkin spice cake were light. Unfortunately, my name was spelled wrong and disappointed with the execution of the design. The writing was not evenly spaced or straight. I think even another 15 minutes could have done a lot for the cake. The top design was supposed to be aquarium fish (ie exotic fish) and instead was two goldfish.
Such a cute little shop with yummy baked goods. Love their seasonal cupcakes!

Husband spent a pretty penny on a Gluten free cake for my birthday. Followed the instructions for taking out of the fridge for serving, the cake was so dry it was almost inedible. Not worth the money unless you like eating cardboard crumbs.
