I work at the airport I come here all the time for breakfast sandwiches today I was met with an experience I never had before . The attitude of the server Abinet was horrible which is very common with her. Starters she accused me of stealing when I had a peanut butter cookie in my hand before she even greeted me. I hadn’t put my order in and she leaned over the counter and said infront of other customers while I’m in uniform “I’m making sure you don’t steal” baffled by that the response I gave her was I work at the airport why would I steal for where I work at ? I wish that was all the unpleasant she was. When I got the total I realized it was 2$ off I mentioned to her I bought the same exact thing yesterday and the total was less she to then her response was “I’ll print your receipt” then I noticed why it was more she charged me for a cookie I didn’t even purchase. It’s 2$ yeah but it’s the principal. Then when the order was finished I was looking at my phone and she slammed the order of food on the counter and that to her was a professional way of telling a customer their order was ready. Which again is something that is very common for her to do. So after paying for the meal and paying more at that her way of telling customers their orders are ready are not a simple “here ya go” her way is to slam the bag on the counter WITH YOUR FOOD IN IT and say nothing at all expect look at you like you’re crazy when you look at her. Again I come to this place all the time I never say anything I usually let it go but after today it was just entirely way too unprofessional and it’s not fair to the employees that are happy and greeting customers with smiles every morning for her to be allowed to treat let alone airline workers but customers this way as well. I get it we all have bad days but she’s never had a good one. She’s unapproachable not friendly and honestly sometimes when I see her I don’t even go because of the attitude she has I would much rather just go somewhere else than to deal with that at 6:00 in the morning .

The bread is delicious. We tried sourdough, ciabatta, marble rye..all were good. Service is a little slow, so plan on waiting as there is usually a line. The potato salad and coleslaw were good.

The aroma of bread being baked brings customers in. Service is always 100% outstanding. Ordered ahead online, there is usually a long line. This is a busy deli for good reason. The food is excellent and fantastic and they're really nice people. Coffee is far better than Starbucks. Really enjoyed the chef salad too.

Most Heidi's are amazing. This one seems to always have a long wait. Found out that cheese is an added cost to all but one or two sandwiches? You are already charging extra to switch from ham to bacon on my club. Sandwiches used to cost $7..today I'm paying $13. One of the clearly corporate run branches I won't be going to again.

Line moves fast and is a great spot downtown for lunch. Have grabbed different sandwiches here and have liked them all.

I was amazed by a simple sandwich today. It kind of takes a lot to amaze me if you are a sandwich. Instead of that floppy, transparent super thin nova scotia smoked salmon you get at the supermarket In the flat pak, this generous sandwich had a nice big piece of freshly smoked salmon fillet on the sandwich, warm, on freshly baked sourdough. Real fish, not that overprocessed stuff. Wild horses couldn't keep me from going back again and again for that. There is more to discover here. Service was outstanding. I ordered ahead online, walked past the line to the register and wasn't there but two seconds before I was being instantaneously helped by a very busy, very professional person.

A popular sandwich joint in an office building, we arrived for lunch with a substantial line. It was maybe a 15 min wait. I got the Philly Cheesesteak which was essentially roast beef with peppers, onions, and provolone. Generally, roast beef is cooked differently than how cheesesteak is prepared, so it was more of a French dip sandwich without the au juice. Decent, but not worth coming back for. I have to try other menu items.

Really good deli that makes their own bread. I tried the Italian on a ciabatta, and it was good. Meat was loaded on the sandwich and the thick-sliced bread provided solid foundation to hold the meat and veggies. Very reasonably priced. I would love to try different sandwiches. I would visit again.

Great, full (not half) sandwiches for around $10 with a side in downtown Denver. I’ll be going back a lot.

It was have been nice if this place updated their operating hours to reflect that they would be closed Friday 5/24 and Monday 5/27. I am visiting, and walked over to this place only to find it closed despite Google reporting they are open
