Poor service outshines the rest of the dining experience. Waited nearly an hour to have them bring and process the check only to have them automatically include a 20% service charge for the two of us. Would not recommend.

Why am I being asked to tip when I already was charged for 20% service fee? I'm not against tipping but if I were to tip what I usually do, that would've totaled $60 for 1 drink and 1 entree. Yall aren't that great. Yall aren't even that good.
Guess I will take this one off the list as well.

Low rating for the cost to quality ratio. I guess it’s location & status that brings people here. Burgers are better elsewhere & a fraction of the price. During happy hour, 2 drinks & a burger was $45 before tip. Yikes.

Ordered delivery. They forgot the vegetables, they forgot the coleslaw and there were hairs in my burger and fries. Truly gross. They certainly are not following proper kitchen safety procedures. Makes me wonder what else is going on in that kitchen. I’ll never order from there again.

What happened to this place? I used to order from here regularly, but it’s been a while. The burger I received via door dash was so burnt it was inedible. My wife’s chicken sliders were basically just fried breading. Our order was a waste of money just to have to order dinner elsewhere.

Ordered chicken tenders and got 4 of the smallest and driest I’ve ever had… not worth $18 in the slightest

Been hear multiple times we've never had an issue. We waited for 30 minutes had the entire staff walk past us multiple times. Not one of them even acknowledge our existence. We left with out eating at least we had water. We won't be returning.

The hostess was very rude so we left. She could probably be replaced with a sign.

Hostess up at the front was really rude when we were trying to get clarification on where we were supposed to sit. We ended up leaving because it didn’t feel right staying after being talked to like that.

Service was super spotty for a mostly empty restaurant on a week day. Mandatory 20% “living wage” addition that is specifically indicated as “not a tip”. Whatever. Beer selection was solid. Burger was excellent. Parking a pain. I won’t make the effort to return.

I've probably ordered wings from here over 50 times in the last 2 years. Great wings. I can't think of a single time they remembered to include my fries in the order. Always have to go back.

We had a nice lunch outside on the patio, but the vibe was completely thrown off when the bill had a 20% service charge added that is “not the gratuity.” The burgers were good but the service charge left a bad taste in my mouth. Not likely I would return.
Customer service is very poor staff did not respond to the customers they don't welcome they don't ask what do you want or something I will never come back to this restaurant again in my life the girl standing in the front was very rude

Tap n burger must be in financial troubles. The experience keeps getting worse.
Crazy slow service with almost no customers. Had to ask for ketchup four times before it was brought. Stop nickel and diming your customers.
And a 20% service charge that they claim “is not a tip.”
Still great burgers but I’ll go elsewhere for that.
They must be private equity owned and in their chase for better margins are destroying what used to be a good business.
