It was good not great. The music was really loud inside (and we were on the patio). The burger was heavy on the mayo and not as excellent as in the past. The house wine changed to terrible California wine. The smash double burger looked amazing! Will try that next time. But super bummed an about the wine.

This place is so good I ordered the double smash and then ordered another mushroom Swiss burger. Unreal

Stop with the automatic gratuity. I always tip very high for good service, but cannot stand automatic tipping.

Service went downhill. It used to be so good! We’ve been coming here for over 5 years, because we live nearby, and the quality of service provided now is not even close to justify their 20% mandatory tip. Our server was mad at us for no reason from the very beginning, acting extremely annoyed the whole time; everyone at our table noticed it. No “thank you”, no “please”, rude, eye rolling etc. Given that orders can now be placed through QR codes and the terrible quality of service, I’m not sure what the 20% tip is even for. I wish the restaurant could just raise the prices already and let the customers pay for the actual quality of service - at least that way we might get a shot at getting normal attitude from the waitstaff. Food is still good.

Food was way over priced, food was just fine, not great.

Been popping in for years and HTB has always had solid food and a solid atmosphere. They had a great rotating beer list for a while, but over the last few months the beers have been the same basic boring stuff. Last time I was in I asked and was told they have 19 beers that don’t change now… they only have 20 taps!!!! Don’t know who’s bright idea that was but find someone else! Outside of that service is good, music is weirdly poppy or country (where did that come from?)sometimes, and Sean and Shino are badasses behind the bar.

Good vibes, Sean is the best bartender in the game. Love everyone here! Food hits the spot. Happy hour is legit

Adrianna is the best! Please add more gluten free options though

The food is very good here, we did however sit down because it said seat yourself. We were immediately asked to get up and sit at a different table.......the wait was unusually long after that for initial contact with a server. The food is excellent, nice wood decor. They even add the tip for you! I left an additional tip.

Place was packed but Adrianna still made sure to take great care of everyone at the crowded bar!

Had HH with 9 people there, and we had a great time! The waitstaff was amazing - super attentive. Thank you so much!

We were a large (8 people), three generational group celebrating the birthday of a 12 year-old. Highland Tap and Burger was the perfect place for us.
