The food was pretty good. The staff were fast and very attentive. If I had to say something I didn't like it would have been the parking. It was very hard to get a parking spot.Parking: It's a very small street and more no parking spots than parking. It won't be so bad if you don't mind a little walking.

20% gratuity was added and NOT disclosed by the server. This happened to me at BOTH of their Denver locationsI'm fine with paying 20%, always do. Without paying attention to the receipt (I was busy enjoying myself with friends), I'm now tipping 40%. Do I need to check for other items on the receipt I didn't order...? I CALL THAT STEALING.Their response "it's posted on our website."I will never go back!

For such a small menu my burger and fries were a big failure. $30 for a beer and a bad meal.Fries came out cold and hard. The burger was dry and overcooked.It's funny seeing the pictures of their burgers when I came to leave this review because of how shocking the difference between what they post and what they delivered.

While I believe in tipping generously for good service (and do so 99% of the time), a mandatory 20% surcharge is not a top—it’s a hidden fee (yes, it may be disclosed in small print on the menu, but there should be no additional fees beyond the price of food). Eliminate additional fees and increase your stated food prices in a more honest way. Customers deserve more pricing transparency, accurately priced menu items without additional fees, and tipping discretion.

The best neighborhood bar in Denver. TVs covering the wall, expansive menu with amazing burgers, great service, the atmosphere is amazing wether Your looking to watch a big game or just hangout and have a beer and burger. The owners / managers are constantly walking around checking in with customers. This place is awesome!
I'd been coming to this spot for several years now and have had good experiences up until the last few months. The first weird encounter was just with the server i had - i really don't know what his deal was but he acted like i was the biggest inconvenience ever. The second time i went was the last time i have and will go - i was mistakenly double charged for my meal when our bill was being split up. We called the next day, never got a call back from a manager. Called a few more times within the month and again never got a call back. They essentially said there's nothing they can do. I've worked in the service industry for years and i can't imagine losing a regular customer over a mistake and $30 for food i didn't get. I offered a bank statement screenshot (i never received a receipt) and was told this was not sufficient to prove i didn't get the food.

Unbelievable food! Went with a large group of friends, so i got to try a lot of different dishes. KILLER WINGS! Definitely check out the garlic chili sauce. The black and blue burger is ridiculously good, always go for the onion straws!

Crazy loud! The tvs up full volume including ads, so customers were talking full volume. Assaultingly loud. Our waitress was pleasant, efficient and our food came to us quickly. Tavern food. What you would expect. So the service was outstanding but the cacophony depleted the experience. We won't be back unless it's summer and we can sit outside.
