I booked through Priceline and it was a $400 deposit which I was fine for with, I got 285 back and they took $115 for “destination fees” which was never told I booked with a dude named Josiah and he never told me about the free amenities I had, the 1st morning I asked about breakfast and they said it’s not free and it was expensive so I walked to a different place to eat! I guess they said after I checked out we had free drinks for the days we stayed I wouldn’t have went and found a bar to spend a bunch of money on food and drinks! They won’t give me a refund even tho they never told me about that I was under the impression I’ll get my full 400 back after paying over a thousand for a room and they couldn’t told me about the amenities! I would strongly suggest to find another hotel! The staff is completely horrible!

I stayed for 6 days. Fabulous location, hotel, customer and room service. It's located downtown but not in the center of the noise or craziness. Food and shops are walking distance. The staff. Including housekeeper (Yolanda, I believe) are amazing. The rooms are modern and updated; bed sleeps so comfortable. I have truly enjoyed my stay.

Jessica was our waitress at the restaurant Prospect's on the last night of our trip. Jessica was kind, attentive and friendly. I will never forget Jessica for the rest of my life because when talking with her and expressing our frustration that our flight had been delayed from midnight to 4:30am Jessica asked the restaurant manager Joe F to ask the front desk manager Raine to give us a discounted rate on the room since we had already checked out. It was so kind of the staff to accommodate us during this unfortunate situation! Thank you hotel staff for making our stay memorable!

Beware. I was told upon check in that I would receive a food and beverage credit. I even asked the front desk staff on the second day what my balance was and stated my intent to use the balance for the food at the front desk. After I receved my bill, I saw no credit applied to my purchases. The front desk staff did not inform me that the credit would not apply to the food purchases at the front desk.
