This hotel is delightful. The staff are friendly and efficient. There are many great spaces in the hotel to meet with people and wonderful food. It's also in a convenient location near several good restaurants.
My employer booked me here for a conference. When I checked in, the front desk mistakenly put me in a room that already had a guest inside it. When I got to the room, the guest in there was showering, and was (rightfully) upset when he heard his door open. When I came back to the front desk, they offered me a breakfast voucher, but unfortunately, never got me fully checked in when they switched my room. ��Because I was never actually checked in, a day later the hotel went...read full review
We absolutely love this hotel! If you're planning a wedding, this is a great location! The ballrooms are gorgeous, the staff is absolutely fantastic to work with, and there are endless photo opps! The rooms and common areas are gorgeous, and the location is wonderfully convenient, right downtown and close to everything. I might also mention that the food is amazing!
