Ate here today with two friends, and the Indian food we ate was excellent. Very well seasoned and nice portion sizes. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees and were quite full. Lamb Tiki Masala was very flavorful.
Food was AMAZING. Staff was great (super friendly and helpful), its VERY eco friendly compared to most restaurants and has a huge vegitarian selection. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious food and great service!
Order a takeout biryani . Pretty balance rice to chicken ratio only feedback it doesn’t with any condiments like raita or any sort of yogurt which sucks.

Himchuli is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in Denver. The food is consistently incredible—full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and always hits the spot. You can really tell everything is made with care and authenticity.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. Huge shoutout to Raj and Nimesh—they go above and beyond every time I come in. They make you feel genuinely welcome and make the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for amazing Indian food and top-tier service, Himchuli is the spot. Highly recommend!

I have been eating Nepali food my whole life, and honestly this thali did not really feel like an authentic Nepali thali to me. The food was good, but the platter felt more Indian style with items like samosa, naan, and fried chicken pieces. I felt like it was missing more authentic Nepali side dishes and variety.
The momo was good too, but very expensive, around $18 to $20. Maybe that is because of the downtown location. Overall, the food tasted good, but the thali could feel more authentic with a few changes.

Himchuli really stands out from the competition with tender, high quality meat and incredibly flavorful sauce. Everything Iβve had so far has been amongst the best Iβve had in the city. Highly recommend
The mutton curry was very Nepali in flavor and we loved jt. We also really liked the okra stirfry (bhindi masala) and chicken rogan josh. Chai was mid. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor has a lot of amazing nepali elements and beautifully set up.

Great local restaurant. Went in and we were greeted with a smile. Inside and outside dining available. My wife and I shared two different entrees and both were delicious. I had the hot chai tea and it was amazing, they also use metal straws instead of paper or plastic and I really appreciate that. Didnβt have dessert because we were so full and had plans afterwards but they all sounds amazing. Canβt wait to go back and try something else. The food we had so good it makes me want to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend 10/10
