Every time I order from this restaurant, they knock it out of the park. The sweet potato masala is the smoothest, creamiest, best tasting I've had. The garlic naan is always perfect. Honestly though, I have never had anything from Himchuli RINO that wasn't wonderful. The food and the service are equally terrific.
We live on the same street as himchuli in RiNo and come here often and you can't beat it! The food is consistently incredible, our favorite Indian/Nepalese food in Denver, the staff is also very kind and attentive. To top it all off, all the prices are very fair and their lunch thali menus are amazing as well as their happy hour deals which go from 330-630 daily. Absolutely love this place and if you've never been you should absolutely check it out, an incredible place!

The BEST Indian in Denver. Have tried other places and always wish it was Himchuli instead. The cheese and onion naan and makhani curry are 12/10 every time. And they give you enough for 2!

Flavourful, quick and piping hot! I would say the spice level is fairly true to average taste. (I ordered 'hot' and got a nice tingle on the tongue that I would describe to others as 'hot'-which means I can't wait to try 'indian hot' next time! 😍🌶️. I ordered delivery and was quite happy with speed and quality of food. Can't wait to try in-person!
Vegetarian options: They have Vegan available as well, be sure to not when ordering delivery or check with the waiter when dining in.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan/vegetarian/dairy free available.

This is probably the best Indian spot in Denver. My friends visiting from NYC have been impressed too. The food is delicious, they have all the dishes you’d want, and the Nepalese dishes have been fun to try. The staff is super friendly. Prices are reasonable. And everything is made fresh every day - the food tastes just a tiny bit different every time, letting you know it’s super home made. Warning, 3 of 7 spicy is actually pretty hot and it gets hotter from there.

With so many places to chose from we just randomly picked Himchuli. It was quite crowded on a Thursday evening but the servers were attentive and quick on their feet. For appetizers we had the mono and it was very good - stuffed with the filling and tasty at that. For our drinks we had the mango margarita and whiskey sour - good and strong cocktails!
For dinner entrees we shared the saag panner, chicken kadhai and makhani chicken - the chicken kadhai was the best of the lot! Surprisingly the paneer was quite spicy - usually we have never associated saag paneer to be a spicy item. We had enough leftover to make another meal out of it the next day.
We did leave room for Gulab jamun, which was okay - not the best of its kind.

Himchuli is consistently good and offers a wide range of food. Try the momos and chicken biryani, and don't order a 7/7 spice level!

One of my top destinations for Indian food - we come every time we’re in Denver. You can’t go wrong with the tikka masala, saag paneer or the butter chicken (makhani). They also make a fantastic biryani. Such great food and service!
