Got some sandwiches to take out, excellent customer service and had a great chat with the guy serving who immediately noticed we were British and offered us crisps not chips 😂
I don't know who this guy was, kinda looked like Ike. I asked if they had an Italian sub. He gave me such additude. I was very put out. Food is good. Don't go off menu, they get passed off.
We were looking for something a little different and stumbled across Ike’s in downtown Denver—and I’m glad we did.
This is definitely not your ordinary sandwich shop. The menu alone is worth the visit, with a ton of creative (and entertaining) sandwich names that make it hard to choose.
I went with the Paul Reubens, and overall it was pretty spectacular—great flavor, fresh ingredients, and a solid build....
