I absolutely love this place and work from here several times a week. Just one piece of feedback for the staff - the music is so loud. I am on calls for work and I've had a ton of people tell me they can't hear me over the music. Please turn it down, I promise I'll keep coming back and spending money every week.

Vegan friendly options with an amazing atmosphere! During the day there is a coffee shop with great vegan food options too, and in the evening a bar opens. They have food trucks outside (again, great vegan options typically). Parking can be tricky, but otherwise it’s a great place for either working/studying during the day or vibing in the evening!

Improper City has an incredible atmosphere with a great selection of food and drinks. The bar’s layout is spacious and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying a casual evening. The outdoor area is a major plus, and the food trucks always have something tasty. Highly recommend!
Parking: Touch to find street parking during busy hours but well worth the walk

I wanted to try the kombucha it was 8.70. When the bartender turned the screen around for me to pay I thought it was weird that was already on the 20% option so I hit no tip. I wasn’t planing on tripping I just wanted kombucha. Later (Phone texts me for every credit card purchase) I get a text saying a transaction of 1.74 was charged to my card. Thought was really weird so I did the math. 20% of 8.70 is 1.74, I thought maybe I missed somewhere it said tips were required but couldn’t find anything. So I’m thinking your bartender with blue hair and piercings just stole from me off my crust card to tip herself. More information that might be relevant. I closed my tap right after getting the drink. So if there is an unclosed tab tip charge that should affect me.
