I'm a bit of a coffee snob and I really like the espresso here. I usually get a latte with an extra shot. You probably don't need the extra shot since the coffee is fairly strong. While the espresso is strong, it's not bitter. Very smooth. The biggest problem is the service. It seems this is the last place the employees want to be. This isn't every time but it happens more than it should. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Never tried the food so can't comment...
Coffee shop with an interesting selection of pastries. The cappuccino was okay but pretty average at this location.
Service was fast and friendly when ordering, but the two emoyees actually making the drinks were busy talking to a friend and took their time getting around to work. There is comfortable seating around the kiosk.
Parking is available in paid mall garages.

I have been visiting Ink Coffee for the better of the last 8 years, and being a highly particular coffee and smoothie drinker I felt it was high time I gave a round of applause, and much gratitude to the people that make Ink the exceptional place it is.
