The barista, Emily, delivered outstanding attention to detail and crafted some of the best drinks I’ve ever ordered. Nice, fairly large coffee shop. In addition to good coffee, there is a selection of pre-made burritos, cookies and a few other things.
Service is friendly and efficient. The space has a couple of rooms inside with interesting artwork and a very large area outside in front of the building with tables. They do have password protected Wi-Fi for customers.
There is limited on-street parking not directly in front of the building and a small lot behind the building.

Ink has by far the best coffee!!! I love going to the coffee shop in Bonnie Brae because the staff is extremely friendly, they even know my regular coffee drink and name! I really appreciate their welcoming smiles and great service. I feel lucky to have such a great coffee shop nearby!

The barista was very nice and made excellent coffee, but right in front of me, the girl manager of the establishment sneezed into her sleeve right next to the food in the kitchen and said that she was sick. I believe that such actions are unacceptable for a food industry worker, especially a manager.

Best hot tea selection I have seen in a long time, maybe ever. They have loose leaf and can mix and match to your liking. Glad I walked in here. Lots of seating too if you need to do some work, read, write, or sketch.

ink! is an average coffee shop. The coffee is pretty pedestrian. There wasn’t any sort of unique flavor coming through. The tortilla on the burrito must be lard based because it retained heat really well. Too bad the filling didn’t follow suit. The patio is great. The person working the counter was not so great.

I went in to grab a latte. Asked the two employees what they recommended that had a lot of caramel. They both looked at me and didn’t answer. Literally just stood there looking at me. When I asked the girl what she liked best, she didn’t seem like she wanted to speak at all.This was the second time I’ve been in. While the latte’s were fine, the service left a lot to be desired each time.
