It’s inside The Denver Central Market which has a great vibe. I got the Gryro and it was absolutely delicious! You order and pay at the counter and then they give you a buzzer that goes off once they have your food ready.

Absolutely love the pastries here! I usually get the cherry kouign amann but have also tried the Chocolate Roulette (super chocolatey), pistachio kouign amann, and I think my new favorite is the crème brûlée Queen! Super sad they don’t have the pistachio roulette anymore but definitely going back for more!

The HUNKY DORY is your new favorite sugary treat!
Holy Moly is it crazy good.
A re-organized cinnamon roll that puts cinnamon rolls to shame.

But the real problem is that thee business model in use is to only sell One at a Time. Tell you they "sold you the Last One". Thus making me desperate to come back for more!

Mean, MEAN and cruel I tell you!

Of course I only came in for birthday chocolate...
