You know how you go out to a restaurant and feel totally meh after eating and the bill comes? That will not happen at Jack’s. Easily the best meal I have gone out for this year. My wife, a sea bass snob, raved about her dish. The scallops were great but the rice that accompanied it was the star of the show. The Wagyu beef sushi roll was delicious with a macadamia nut crunch factor that delivered. And the “the world’s best ice cream may very well be.

That all said. The service we received was too notch like a 5 star resort. We loved the entire experience.

Go back if we lived in the area. We’d go back either way. Traveling all over the country and globe, I find myself in this world of unoriginal meals prepared in unoriginal ways. Jacks was a nice little surprise in this cozy little town. We had the dry aged sashimi Quattro set and this just blew my socks off. The service, the food, the drinks, were amazing and our captain was an outstanding addition to an already phenomenal meal. We had flown in and fancy pants that I am I wanted a nice meal, this place definitely delivered and took us as we were. Again, hats off to all parties that make this place tick.

Incredible dining experience. Food was super yummy and service was AMAZING! Terrance was top notch and made sure we had a great meal. I have a shellfish allergy and every single step of the meal Terrance made sure everything was good. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Honestly one of the best dinners I've had in a long time. I made a reservation here for our 1 year anniversary and they had a Happy anniversary card on the table and a custom dessert made. Ryan was fantastic and was friendly and attentive without lingering. Menu knowledge was great. Good was great - the scallop and mushroom risotto was incredible, filet was tender, and they have the bea5 Brussel sprouts I've ever tasted in my life. Had the key lime pie for dessert and it was also great. We will be back!

This palce was amazing! Super fair pricing and service was incredible. Vince was too good! He had all the best recommendations. The key lime pie was no joke out of this freaking world! We got the 10oz ribeye and spicy lobster and shrimp linguni! Both so delicious. Don't sleep on the twice baked potatoe as well! Definitely coming back!

Johnny be good is everything his name suggests. He is good at all aspects of his job. Superb food choices, nice to see an elevated steakhouse live up to the title, imho. I was a caregiver for a member in a birthday party, and was only tagging along but was taken care of by the staff as they supported me in my duty. Entire staff made the meal enjoyable, comfortable and went above and beyond. I left my precious pashmina scarf my mother gave me and a staff member (bless you over and over) Took it on themselves to find our reservation contact info and advise they had it and we were able to circle the block and retrieve it. Customer service is not dead, it is alive and well. Food was amazing, Johnny be good, as he called himself throughout the meal and was the epitome of this moniker, went over the menu in detail and was very attentive. Each menu item appeared to be classic with an elevated twist. Exquisitely executed, presentation, teamwork and taste were superb.

Christo “the captain” always takes care of us. He is essentially extended family at this point. Food is wonderful and their new bar manager made us some specialty cocktails that were amazing! I could eat here every day.

Honestly, we expected a lot more. The food was alright, but it does not come anywhere near the $250 price tag that came with it. The steak was pretty dry, and the pasta was unexceptional. The server was pleasant and arrived regularly to check on us, but I believe they are trained to talk extremely pleasantly about a menu that is lacking in the exotic, robust flavors they boast on their website. I would say that, overall, it isn't worth the money, but that's just my opinion.

Talk about exquisite food from the Sashimi Bar, starters, salads and entrees the dishes were a 10/10! Colin did an excellent job breaking down the menu and we are glad we followed his advice, not one subpar recommendation. The Australian Wagyu Ribeye is a must try for any steak connoisseur, with a side of Duck Fat French fries.
