“Don't mobile order here. We ordered early, arrived at the designated pickup time and when we went in to grab it, the order wasn't ready nor was it even being prepared. They kept saying they never recieved anything until they finally checked their computer to find our order. Then we had to wait another 15+ mins for it to be prepared. The staff was kind and helpful during all of this, but if we ever come back again we definitely aren't ordering online.“
“Food was perfect like usual. The staff though seem to absolutely hate their life. No hellos or thank you or excuse me. Just, what do you want, here's my sandwich, you're in my way. I didn't go for the conversation but I didn't go to be depressed either. Still though, really good sammich (had #7 turkey and provolone this time around)“
“I’ve never left a review for a chain before, but this J Mike’s deserves 5 stars. I’ve been a fan of Mike’s for a decade and when I first moved to this area, this store sucked. Careless staff, long wait, sub par subs.
But over the last two years the new managers have gotten this place more than worthy of 5 stars. Classic service, speedy slicing and a club sub I can proudly say is A Sub Above the rest here in Denver (at least for the price).
How good? Last time I ordered online I left a note saying I had a bad day and they threw in a free cookie.“
