“I came in on June 22 for my birthday sub and was met with the most amazing service from Andrea and Kenny. They were both so kind and welcoming and we were even able to chat a bit while they prepared my food. The sub was delicious (of course). Tim was also there and while I didn’t interact with him much, he seemed chill and his colleagues seemed to like working with him. Love seeing positive work environment! I recommend coming here for the food, atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. Thank you Andrea and Kenny for the birthday love!“
“I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team at the Jersey Mike’s Subs location right over by the East Colfax station. Going into a sub shop when you are short on funds can be incredibly stressful and embarrassing, but the sandwich makers here treated me with nothing but absolute dignity, kindness, and respect. I was looking forward to a good meal but realized at the register that I was fifty cents short and only had seven dollars on me. Instead of turning me away or making me feel uncomfortable, they completely stepped up and went above and beyond to help me out so I could still get my food.
Their customer service is truly unmatched, and their genuine warmth and helpfulness turned what could have been a really rough moment into an experience that completely made my day. It is so rare to find people who genuinely care about the community and show that kind of heartfelt generosity to a stranger. This location deserves every single bit of this five-star review for having such an amazing, compassionate staff. They represent the absolute best of what customer service should be, and I am so deeply grateful for their kindness.“
“Jersey Mike's is my number 1 favorite sandwich place of all time. I was happy this was so close to my house.
I have ordeeed hot and cold sandwiches here and have loved them all. I only order the biggest sizes and always wish I ordered 2 sandwiches when I finish the one.
They are light years ahead of all the other sandwich places. If you haven't tried them you need to change that immediately!“
“#5 super sub bowl. the guy helping us was either really busy or not well trained when we told him I needed gluten free. thankfully another employee gently helped him and reminded him to change gloves etc. finding Jersey Mikes was great for your gf journey. They have a variety of GF chips and even a GF cookie.
