“This was by far the best sandwich I have ever had at JM's. But the biggest shoutout is to the staff esp the GM Bianca. What a gem and a truly special person to have running a location. I rarely want sandwiches but now want to get more solely to see her again.“
“This place is ‘my spot’ been going here for years. So glad they are still there. I’ve always gotten great service, even when it’s their lunch time crunch. They acknowledge you when you walk in the door and make things right, even if you’re the one who got it wrong! Chase and his crew are amazing!! “Service was amazing and Angel was so extremely helpful. She got me signed up for points and answered all my questions. The music makes it hard to hear and the speakers could have been better placed on the other side of the dining room to make it easier to hear the employees. Otherwise, very pleasant experience.“
