“Living overseas I miss a proper sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is the best of the fast food sandwich chains. The service at this is friendly and efficient. The interior is bright but could use a little more wiping down of the tables. My favorite sub at JM is the Italian. It’s a yummy sub but what would make it a great sub is better bread. If you’re looking for a fast place to get a sub for lunch, this is a good option.“
“I placed my order online through the app and accidentally placed it for the wrong store!! I quickly realized when I went to the counter and they couldn’t find an order with my name - they were so accommodating even with the crazy lunch rush going on and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I had used points on that sub that I had to forfeit at the other location - understandably so - and they still gave me the sub for free!! They are always slammed when I come in but my sub is consistently amazing!! Thanks y’all!“
“It's few and far between that a sandwich shop has gluten-free (gf) rolls. It's a hard diet restriction that Jersey Mikes takes into thoughtful consideration. It keeps hoagies and grinders for those who grew up with them on the menu. Great portions, freshly cut, and served with kindness from a team that seems happy and glad to be there.
