Asked to have my Tuna Sub sliced in half after ordering and manager said no because Freaky Fast is valued above customer service at this Jimmy John’s location. Thank you sir. Even though I know it will not matter to you I. Will take my future slow business to another sub shop.

Placed an online order which took over an hour to arrive. After calling the staff, they reported an "issue with bread". Food is standard but delivery is highly disappointing and I won't be doing it again.

The in-house mayo in this place is incredible. I usually get the #1 without ham, cheese, tomatoes, or lettuce- extra mayo- but was feeling adventurous and decided to get the #2 with extra mayo and wow what a great decision. The roast beef was juicy, soft, and carried hints of umami. But as always, the best part was the mayo. The mayo isn’t just a condiment, it’s a flavor maestro- an enlightening journey, inspiring me with each bite i took to the point that it brought me to tears. Thanks Jimmy, you did it again.
