It was total Kaos in this store. Waited in line and they couldn't get the registers to work so had three of the sandwich makers trying to fox cash registers. I finally ordered only to find all the tables were dirty. And no napkins anywhere! I won't be back to this store!

So disappointed in my sandwich I got a 16 inch turkey bacon and it was over $20 dollars. This sandwich had very little turkey in it, when I opened it up it was mostly lettuce, tomato. Will never go back to Jimmy Johns again.

We went two days in a row. The girl did a fantastic job with plenty of toppings. The next day the guy messed up our order, hardly no toppings on the sub and hardly no veges in the wrap. We ordered two items and the employee couldn’t get it correct. Not sure we will return if that guy is working. He was more into dancing around to music than paying attention to customers.
When entering the store I was greated with "we don't have no bread and I'm the only one here" by an employee named Cassie. I then proceeded to asked her for 3 Lil Johns. She rudely asked me which one, it seemed as if she was having a bad day. I attempted to use my gift card as a form of payment, during the transaction an error occurred, I asked her for assistance. She replied "NO", Then proceeded to help the next customers to foce me out of line. I called a friend who happened to be a former employee for assistance. During the call my daughter is being toddler, Cassie aggressively states "You need to tell your daughter to stop" I asked her not to take her frustrations out on my child, she proceeded to ask me to leave, I told her I don't feel like I should leave due to her frustrations. She proceeded to call local Law Enforcement for trespassing. I was frightened due to being a Biracial women.
