Ordered Jimmy Johns through Uber Eats. There was a terrible miscommunication and NOT at the fault of J.J.s, Uber or myself even. I called this location immediately and Tyler resolved the issue at their cost. Totally will order from here again - they really do care about their customers and unforeseen circumstances. The guy at Jimmy John's gave me awesome customer service I even obtained his name his name was Garrett Russell. And he gave me phenomenal business he didn't question me he didn't argue he didn't fight he made me want to cry at the register a great person you need to give this man a raise he deserves a raise and his Google review needs to go to the corporate manager and the owner of Jimmy John's
