I was seated on the patio with my service animal, a 5 lb dog who remained inside her carrier on my lap at all times. A manager approached and told me that dogs were not allowed. I informed him that she is a service animal protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The manager then began questioning me in a confrontational manner about what service my animal provides. Due to my PTSD, situations like this cause my heart rate and anxiety to spike. My service animal is specifically trained to help calm me during those episodes. In that moment, his approach escalated my condition to the point where I was unable to respond clearly.
Rather than de-escalating or following ADA guidelines, he dismissed me, said “too bad,” and forced me to leave.
Denying access to someone with a service animal and mishandling ADA-compliant interaction is a violation of federal law. Beyond that, the way this was handled directly worsened a medical condition the service animal is trained to support.
I strongly urge ownership to immediately train staff on ADA compliance and appropriate interaction with individuals with disabilities. I am considering filing a formal complaint regarding this incident.

Great pizza and wonderful service! Lots of super unique pizzas to choose from, and they’re all delicious. Perfect spot for larger groups, and beautiful views of the mountains to top it all off.

Great restaurant- food is all locally sourced and made in house. The menu has a good variety of options without being overwhelming. The atmosphere is great, lots of space and alien themed stuff. My favorite thing were the UFO light fixtures above the bar. Service was excellent. I will have to go back on a nice day because they have an amazing patio out back that has excellent views.

As a delivery driver, I just spoke with the manager and he confirmed that he has told his staff that they must seat all customers waiting for a table before handing your order to your driver. This could cause a delsy in your order being delivered bu 30 or 40 minutes. He was very specific about this. “In house customers come first” NOT ONLINE Customers. I was stamding waiting to pick up an order that was all packed on the podium 6 inches away from me. So we had this discussion. He was very adamant that his in- house customers come first and delivery personnel have to wait like they were waiting for a table. I think he is honestly too tull to gigure out that this does not make sense but yhe owners should know how this man lacks logic. Anyway, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY through sn app unless you don’t mind waiting an extra hour for it to be delivered, i tried to educate him but he is too dumb to listen.

I came in tonight with a group of friends and we had such a wonderful time. The service felt truly elevated from start to finish. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and on top of everything. Our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I already know I’ll be craving that mushroom pizza again soon. This is officially on my go to list for bringing friends when I want to guarantee great food and a great experience. Thank you for such a memorable evening!

The service was just so poor. It was slow, un-energetic, and disappointing, from the greeter to the server we had. People who sat after us got their food before us and we only ordered a cheese pizza and a veggie pizza. If you ask for extra sauce, they do charge and they won't tell you that. The food was delicious, for sure, but the quality of the service was just so subpar, it overshadowed the day. Their name is called Joy Hill and I found no joy in this place (aside from the food). The food was absolutely delicious.

Love this place been over 20 times. Rating this for the to go experience on a busy night. If you aren't doing that, ignore This place is amazing and our favorite pizza around. To go on a busy night skip it. We ordered around 515, was quote 630, showed up early, but wasn't ready til 7 and I dont think they would have dropped the food/prioritized if I hadn't asked. Come on a weeknight.

Got a 12” chilis and pep pizza ($23) and the stuffed peppadews ($5). A little over $31 after tax and their 3% “kitchen surcharge.” The order was ready on time and delicious. I appreciated that I wasn’t handed a receipt to sign and tip on for pick up (esp at those prices for a small pizza). Assuming that doesn’t change I’ll keep coming back.
Pizza was amazing. Staff was super friendly. We sat at the bar. The drinks were great including their mocktails. We just happened to stop by this place because we were in the neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

Came in for the first time tonight and we will definitely be back! Not only was the pizza the best pizza we've ever had in Denver, but the service was absolutely incredible! Our server, Jamie, was so warm and bubbly it made us feel right at home. The best tiramusu I've ever had
