Stop there to have lunch. This location was ok but service seems to have issues. The place was not small and not so big, atmosphere was pleasantly good. The food was great but not consistent.

I ordered a family meal and did not receive two of my sides . i usually check for this type of thing while in the drive thru but the staff made me feel extremely rushed. I was told that i can only have crispy chicken because they were out of original. I was given almost all small pieces of chicken. Not a good experience at all.

I was at the restaurant on 16th and Federal in Denver, CO last week and was not happy with my order. I reached out to KFC and the store manager contacted me to tell me that i could go back to get my order fixed. I didn't go back till today and this time they nailed it and they were generous giving me my food for free. Thank

What kind of drive thru gives you mashed potatoes and gravy without a spoon or spork? The exit spits you right onto a major street and I had to make 2 illegal turns to get back and get my spoon. On the way out I held the door open for an employee walking in only to hear crickets in the absence of a simple thank you. Garbage location, dry chicken, sketchy area, and they don't clear the ice off the walkways.
