Was in town for the weekend for cu buffs and Denver broncos tbh. I heard from someone about this place so I decided to check it out. I like restraunts on colfax or federal. Lot of good places I’ve found on there. The chips and salsa was pretty good the salsa was different. It was green and stuff but still pretty good. This is my go to lunch place. I never knew it existed until a few months ago. Now I can't live without it. The green chile is sublime and highly addictive. The menu is huge and you cannot go wrong with any order. They are busy-always. Be patient and kind to your server, the food is worth any inconvenience you may experience. My go to is the crispy chile rellenos. I actually dream about them in real life. It's not too expensive and I try to go weekly to get my green chile fix on.
