Ice cream was soo good but the customer service was TRASH. Came with a group of close friends and family and everyone in the front had awful attitudes.. also I got 1 scoop of the cookies N cream and it was WAY smaller then everyone else in my group when they also got one scoops. Great ice cream terrible team. do better!

Amazing ice cream and candy. Very friendly and clean on 16th across from Target.

Before we left the 16th street mall we stopped in for a cold sweet treat. The gentleman behind the counter, that recognized our Louisiana accents instantly, was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. He was patient with all four of us while we made our selection! The ice cream was delicious and the prices were fair! I sure hope this awesome shop survives whatever the heck that is that downtown Denver has going on!

This place is pretty good! I come in occasionally for a nice cold treat. The only reason I put 4 stars is the price! It'd 12$ for a milkshake! They do have some really, really good flavors, tho! My favorites are the New Orleans Praline Pecan and the Cheesecake one! Both are excellent! They also have tons of chocolate and things dipped in chocolate! Overall, every experience I've had is amazing! The staff is also the best!! I will continue to come back!!

Oh the ICE CREAM!!! We’ve been on a quest to find the best ice cream in Denver, and we think we’ve found it. Fantastic! And Glen is the best rep for Kilwins. All around just a great experience!

Delicious sweets!

Pretty standard tourist trap ice cream and candy shop, with a huge variety of fudges and things like pretzels dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. It's not cheap, but I needed a scoop, and enjoyed my creamy treat

A fun, creative chocolate shop! I was in the mood for some fudge and they delivered! Glenn was so warm and welcoming and made sure we sampled the best of the best. The praline pecan ice cream came highly recommended and for good reason!
