The wagyu chuck is a quality cut, and the service is excellent. The location is clean, although parking can be challenging. The ramen burger was visually interesting but lacked flavor. The hot pot is easy to share, with individual sauce bowls provided. The sushi is described as magical, and the chicken kara age is crispy and flavorful. The Las Vegas roll is a must-try. The outdoor atmosphere is amazing, and the hamachi poppers and gyoza are outstanding. Both the sushi and hibachi experiences are great, and the bar is solid too. They’ve got some really good custom sushi options that stand out. The food is excellent as always, and the service has improved significantly.
