Came in here a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner, they had just started to test out their fall or winter food? The service here was amazing, what you’d expect and hope for from a fine dining experience. The cocktails were great and the food was exciting, new and experimental. I had flavors and textures that I have never had before here. The ponzu to this day was one of the best things I’ve ever had. It was a cool art form especially the salad course. I’d recommend...
We had an incredible dinner and experience! The team is stellar — Hansel, Tyler, Chef James and the rest of the kitchen team are amazing at what they do. Thoughtful and beautifully executed. We can’t wait to come back!
Underrated. Chef James is crafting some of the most delicious and exceptional dishes in Denver. The eight course prix fixe menu included oysters, lobster, bluefin tuna, halibut, beef tendon, ravioli, and fresh veggies prepared with a panoply of unique flavors, sauces, and textures. That, along with the beautiful presentation and chill vibe, made for a lovely dinner. It was the best seafood I've had in Colorado and rivals anything you'll find anywhere in the world.
