Had some great pizza at Vero and they actually gave us a second one free of charge which was awesome. The service was great and it was busy, which I am sure it is everyday, so expect to wait a while.
This is my favorite place for wood-fired pizza in the Denver/Boulder area. Nice char, flavorful sauces and toppings, balanced cheese. Pesto pizza is excellent and creative. Saw them making pesto fresh one day with handfuls of arugula. Chilled parmesan also (if you ask). Staff always friendly. Prices are very reasonable, too. Top notch.
