Pretty authentic colombian "paisa " food. From empanadas to bandejas. The service was a bit off after we got our meals. Needed another beverages but they never came back so I never ordered about drink. Also, I had to go to thr bar to close out my check. Aside from this, food and atmosphere was great
My friends and I visited for the 1st time, the patio dining is relaxing and perfectly spaced between tables. Service was amazing. I had no issue with the auto gratuity included because of the service we received. The food..... I was able to finish it all. The flavors were great, but it seemed like something was missing. The last time I had Colombian was in Mami and I left fully satisfied. I don't know what was missing for me at La Chiva compared to my previous experience...
Patio and dining room were very nice. No physical menu - personally I dont like ordering food off my phone. Disappointed in the service. I got the $40.00 combo platter and server put it on the table and left without saying a word. There were 2 of us, we ordered the bottled Mexican coke and asked for lemon and lime for the drinks and server brought a single sliver of lime. Strange. It was like no effort was being made. Maybe its because the 18% gratuity was not negotiable and...
