This was our first time visiting La Fiesta. We were attending a small local comedy show. There was parking on site which was nice. The restaurant was packed due to the show which posed a challenge for the staff. The bar was understaffed and their drink menu items were limited. The full food menu was available and the food was good but was lukewarm by the time it came to our table. We were rushed out, so that the wait staff could clean up tables for the next show, but we had to wait for our waitress to bring our receipts and credit cards back to us. This event was poorly planned and I'm sure the restaurant food is good but this wasn't a good initial experience.

I regret to say that my experience at La Fiesta for the Vatos Locos Comedy Show was disappointing and certainly not worth the $80 spent. While La Fiesta is primarily known for its food, there were several shortcomings in both the dining and service experience.
The bar offered very limited drink selections. For example, there was only one vodka option available, and they were unable to make a basic cocktail such as a Moscow Mule. The waitress even had to double-check to confirm whether Red Bull was available.
The food took an extended amount of time to arrive and was lukewarm at best. I ordered the Flautas, which were overcooked, and the rice appeared to be scraped from the bottom of the pot, leaving it hard and clumpy.
Service was also disorganized. Our server forgot to collect our payment cards during the show, and once she finally did so, it took an additional 15 minutes for us to get them back—by which time the event had already ended.
I make an effort to support local businesses, but this experience made it difficult to justify returning. Unfortunately, I doubt I will visit this establishment again.

Had a take out order that was poorly prepared with styrofoam, should use better products so you won’t have chili in the bag.

The only thing I enjoyed here was my rice and beans. The first time. My order got messed up and they took my plate back and the rice I got the second time was super hard and crunchy. My family and I all went and not one of us really enjoyed our meal. Very unimpressed n cheap.
