Date night at the Monkey Bar and it did not disappoint. Small intimate space, dim lighting, great cocktails. Tried 2 espresso martinis and a smoked bourbon. Everything was crafted with care
came here because a friend told me I had to try the espresso martinis. She was right. Sat at the bar and the bartenders took their time with every drink. Got the classic and a red velvet. Both amazing
Welton Room and Monkey Bar at Welton Room are attached and operated by the same people. We started with a nice greeting from staffs at Monkey Bar. They have limited seating specialize in Espresso Martinis. The limited seating is more personal and very comfortable with a good lighting. We ordered a couple of Espresso Martinis. All cocktails were delicious and worth the hype.

Welton Room cocktail + kitchen is a must try for espresso martini lovers. The spot delivers a jaw dropping espresso martini experience, paying very close attention to every detail. The new Saffron Vanilla Espresso martini is a great twist on the classic, still bold with depth and slight sweetness. The Tiramisu Espresso Martini, Carajillo, clarified White Russian, Island Egg Nog, and B.A.N.A.N.A. each knocked it out of the park with perfect balance. The staff is incredibly nice, attentive, and personable, providing some of the best service. Champ gave a great experience and is so friendly. The vibe is perfect for pre dinner cocktails, with a nice atmosphere inside the bar. The ambience and decor are impressive. This spot is a little smaller than expected, but don’t let that take you off guard. This is hands down the most espresso true martini in Denver. Highly recommend making reservations, especially for a group. The spot lives up to the hype and is now one of the new favorite spots in Denver.
