We are so happy to have la fillette as our local bakery and cafe. My husband always gets their Chocolate croissant French toast and I get their ham and cheese scrambler sandwich. We never leave disappointed. My sister in law and her husband came to visit us for a week and insisted on having breakfast here everyday. There can sometimes be a wait so come prepared but it’s consistent and always worth it.
I have loved this place since their shop on 8th and they've only gotten better as the years have gone by. I truly think the Benny is a perfect plate and struggle to get anything else when I go to eat in. For grab and go, the build your own on the freshly baked (in-house!) croissant is the way to go. And for pastries, not a bad choice in sight. Do yourself a favor and give it a try for an extremely pleasant experience.
Every time my husband and I eat here it’s absolutely delicious. Yeah, it’s busy. Why? Cause’ it’s delicious and lovely. Be patient and polite. It’s worth it. Great servers. Just fantastic.
