Has the best tortas in colorado. They always come fully loaded with a fried jalapeño and you have to try the crispy fries the are delicious. Never forget the ice cold coke from bottle!
Found this place online and went by myself not knowing what to get, had the Gema smothered sandwich and I was blown away by how delicious it was. Additionally the atmosphere was excellent, beers flowing and football on the TVs.

Writing this from the James Beard acclaimed torta spot in Chicago, because Las Tortas deserves the award and I wish I was in town. Watching Las Tortas grow has been awesome, I have to get my fix at least once a month. Freshest ingredients, best bread, best tortas
