Maggie is amazing because she’s a great chef, a chill yet focused person and a patient teacher! I would absolutely recommend her for private cooking classes and any other special events!
Maggie’s macaron baking class was fun and very helpful. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!
Chef Maggie is truly a gracious and talented chef. It's easy to see how much she enjoys sharing her culinary expertise, and gives us lots of freedom to experiment with ingredients. I really enjoyed her Vegan cooking class. Delicious recipes, fun, comfortable atmosphere. I'll be taking more classes with Chef Maggie and continue to recommend her.
