We paid over $100 for what was promised to be a 4 course meal with unlimited portions and cocktails. While the cocktails did come throughout the night, the 4 course meal did not. Rather the food consisted of bite size samplers (less than what you'd received from the samples offered at Costco) and quickly ran out without everyone even receiving them. All of us at my table were very hungry and finally left to go somewhere to have an actual meal. This place committed false advertisement like I have never seen before and they made a lot of money doing it.

Four of us went to Liberati for a post holiday dinner based on the recommendation of a friend. We had reservations for 6:45 and when we arrived a bit early there was no one around to great us. We were finally met by a person who would turn out to be our waitress she barked around the corner are you the person who just called. Taken aback we didn't respond quickly enough and were asked again - we said no, but that we had a reservation and were early. I should point out there was maybe one or two tables and two people at the bar. We were sat in a very empty restaurant under a blaring speaker, which made talking difficult. Menus were given and a quick explanation that the brewery mixes beer and wine. One of our party asked if they do tasters and apparently a point to some where on the menu was a yes. When one of our party order the A & B experiment brew she was told she wouldn't like it. All but one of us tried the tasters - none of we're impressed Didn't dislike them, but would seek them out again. We split the Itialian nachos which were good. We decided to order a few items and share. When we asked how many shells came in an order instead of simply stating they were not stuff shells we were rudely told no one has ever counted. We explained we were intending to share and finally told that they were small shells - we opted to go with the Ragu and Mushroom fettuccine pastas and the margarita and blue cheese pizzas. The Ragu shells tasted like the can pasta we ate as kids - yuck. None of liked it and no one wanted to take it home - I actually informed the waitress we didn't like it and she said well it heats up well. The rest of the food we good, but for the price not worth it. I won't be going back and I definitely won't recommend it.

I am not sure why the place is defined as “italian food” restaurant. The quality of the food (preparation, ingredients, portions) demands major improvements. The prices exceed the quality of food. Since the place has unique and nice ambience, I would recommend to attach to traditional recipes and keep the prices but only by providing better ingredients. We had 3 plates with undercooked pasta (I perfectly know what “al dente” means). My family ordered different pasta options, and the server never offered parmigiano cheese. I had to insist several times, and by the time the parmigiano arrived, the food was cold. Finally, the lack of bathroom for customers is inexplicable. On the positive side, the server was polite and patient (we were a party of 15 , including kids). Good: charcuterie, options of italian wines, beer and cocktails, ragu sauce, tortino chocolate dessert.

Came for the Liberati nachos, stayed for the $15 bottomless mimosas, bellinis, and bloody marys. What started out as a small group of myself and two of my girlfriends, eventually grew to a group of 8-9 people within 2 hours. Our poor server. She did a great job, but seemed to get a bit overwhelmed once our group became larger. My friend was raving about the nachos, but when we first got here they were only serving brunch. Since we were already here we decided to stay after seeing the brunch menu. We weren't super hungry, so the three of us split the waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. The real winner here was the $15 bottomless mimosa, bellini, and bloody mary deal. The mimosa and bellini both tasted the same to me. We definitely loved how generous they were with the champagne. We arrived around 1:30 and ended up staying till after 3, so we were able to get the nachos as well. To me the best nachos I've ever tried are from 10 Barrel and my friend said that these were pretty comparable, maybe better. Given the high praise, I expected better to be fully honest. Don't get me wrong, they were good, but not as great as 10 Barrel's like she claimed. However, I did like their Mediterranean twist, and the feta and balsamic glaze were a unique touch. Beautiful decor and cool ambiance. I assume that they're super busy in the summer given how cool their patio is. I'd love to check them out then and enjoy a cold beer in the sunshine. Until next time, Liberati!

The owner hung out with us, talked about the process in making the various drinks, gave us samples, and answered every question. Incredibly friendly staff, great drinks, food was unbelievably good. I wasn't aware you could put ragu and mozzarella on fries but it's actually changed my life for the better. Highly recommend

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Denver! I'm Italian and grew up with authentic Italian food and this place comes really close. It's unique, trendy, and delicious. The fact you that can get grape infused beer with authentic Italian food blows my mind! Definitely go try it out! A little bit of Europe in Denver is never a bad idea :-)

As self-proclaimed beer snobs, we were curious/oblivious about these new "Oenobeers" that were part wine, part beer. But our bartender did an amazing job of explaining the brewing process and helped us pick out some really great beers! It was really cool to learn about the way they brew the beer and about the percentage of grapes that were used in the process. Very cool concept! We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back. We didn't have any of the food, but it all looked amazing and we will be back to try it.

I came here for lunch and it was delicious! The soup was good, a bit too many beans to broth ratio. The pizza was also very good, definitely not something I've tried before!! Our server told us that the potato is baked into the crust which is a fun spin on it. Although it did make it a bit startchy compared to the rest of the pizza, through this could probably be rectified with more cheese. Lastly I was told I had to get the tiramisu for dessert and it did not disappoint. Our service was great and I can't wait to go back and try many more tasty items!

Service and atmosphere are great, beer is unique and would be interested in trying more of their beers, but was very disappointed in the pasta... however the nachos were quite good.

Ok service here is just plain terrible but lets say that's because they were short staffed. Food had to be the worst Italian I've ever had! Stay away from the prawn pasta!! My husband ordered that and I had a bite it was disgusting!! fishy smell combined with taste of burned oil!

Such a great experience! The people are amazing! So friendly and caring. They concentrate on making you feel at home and you have a great experience. My friend and I had a couple appetizers and some drinks. They were straightforward with their recommendations and they were spot on. Isabelle helped us and she was fantastic - five plus stars!

Incredible ambiance! Our group throughly enjoyed brunch -- mostly wowed by the incredible ambiance, decor, bottomless bellinis & mimosas -- and amazing service and friendliness of the General Manager! It is surprising that more people weren't there enjoying the restaurant, which I understand is also an event venue, as one can easily tell by the immense layout, giant outdoor venetian-style patio, overhead warehouse doors and more. All of our food off the brunch menu was generally well-liked, especially the SAMPIETRINO BREAKFAST SANDWICH, BACON & GORGONZOLA PLUMS, Raspberry French Toast and Biscuits and Gravy... However, two of us had the Western Omelette thinking it'd be delicious because of the "housemate guanicale (housemate Italian cured meat)" -- however, it was disappointingly mediocre AND a very small portion not becoming of this restaurant -- it felt like two small eggs and a few seasonings -- truly, sadly MEH. Note: Even though you're given all printed menus at brunch, one can only order brunch during brunch and no other lunch items) Definitely put this restaurant on your must-try list -- especially if you have a group AND you want reservations. A true find; just don't order the Western Omelette.

On a Sunday night it was completely empty with the exception of another party on the patio. Very modern clean inside and a very picturesque fountain/courtyard in the back. I think it's a modern take on a Italian. I wasn't a fan of the food. Although the back wrapped dates were the best thing. I got something that was the equivalent of a Italian quesadilla. It had cheese, prosciutto on a tortilla type shell. It was pretty bland. Service was good but didn't care for the food.

Unusual beer in that it is made from grapes. Food was inconsistent with some dishes like prawn pasta very good and others average.
