Lo Stella Ristorante is a small, charming restaurant that offers an intimate and lively atmosphere, reminiscent of the best-kept European secrets. The focus is on delicious food made with fresh and vibrant ingredients, with dishes that show attention to detail. Highlights include the Insalara Tricolored and Ravioli de Pesca, which have received praise from customers. The bread could be improved with a different presentation to prevent it from becoming soggy. The wine list features a nice selection, including a refreshing vermentino by the glass, and the wine service is top-notch.
The service at Lo Stella Ristorante is exceptional, with Jake frequently mentioned for his attentive and friendly care. The restaurant’s location near the Art Hotel makes it an excellent choice for hotel guests looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Customers often praise the freshly made pasta, perfect timing of the dishes, and the desserts, such as the huckleberry tart and pistachio ice cream, which are described as divine and to die for.
In summary, Lo Stella Ristorante offers excellent food, a cozy and lively setting, and outstanding service, making it a must-visit spot for anyone seeking an authentic Italian dining experience in Denver.
