Best fish tacos ever , they are currently closed for re model . Only issue is it’s extremely noisy. Find it hard to communicate with your table .

We come here constantly. Like at least once a month. Usually we love it, the food is wonderful. Tonight we went in and asked how long for 6 people, the hostess wouldn’t even give us a time frame. 40 minutes, an hour and a half. We just wanted to know. Her tone was rude and she wouldn’t tell us. It’s like she didn’t even want us to stay. Very disappointed in the service

I love the food and drinks at this place! The fish and birria tacos are too die for 🤤. BUT I'm going to need them to fix their hours online and on the door. We just stopped by excited to get tacos for taco Tuesday and they were closed!!! At 6:30PM!!! Their hours say open until 8PM. I was so heartbroken 💔

I’m surprised this place isn’t packed all the time. The food is delicious. I had the three taco plate and the birria and fish tacos were ??. Definitely coming back for this taco plate.

Waited for 10 minutes without barely being acknowledged by staff. Came with the kiddos, and were seated at a dirty table. Was made to feel by the waitress that we were troubling her by asking her to wipe it. Waited another 5 minutes, once seated, before popping up to ask for water. Was told by the waitress we talked to that our waitress was busy, and that we should wait. We finally we were given water by her with a sullen face. Terrible experience, would never come back.

Decent enough tacos. Too expensive for what they are, though.

This is the 2nd Los Chingones I have visited, and I plan to return soon. The tacos are great, and there is a large variety of them to choose from. The prices are very fair for the quantity and quality of food that you receive. I tried the carne asada and two types of fish tacos (grilled and fried). I would recommend each of them. They even have a rattlesnake chorizo available to try. There is a great patio for eating outside that is dog-friendly. The service was very attentive and the food was brought out quickly. There is a good assortment of margaritas and other drinks. Great neighborhood restaurant.
Parking: Parking is available on the street or nearby lot

Having unknowingly walked in only a few minutes before happy hour ended, staff immediately walked us through their menu and promptly placed an order! We enjoyed the chips and guac, tacos (2 for $6 on Tuesdays), and a quesadilla. My house margarita on the rocks was one of the best I've had in a long time. Every bite was packed full of elevated, non-traditional flavors. We will be coming back for more.

I enjoy Los Chingones and found it humorous when they had to take their sign down in the early days due to what I heard were complaints from the HOA (or something like that). They have good happy hour margaritas and the tacos are solid. I do wish they stepped up their enchilada game (as with most of the Mexican/Latin food in Denver there is just something that always feels missing).
My favorites over the years have been their birria tacos (but not the birria quesadilla); the fish tacos; and the asada quesadilla. As always, friendly staff and a nice ambiance. It is often less crowded than the other establishments nearby.
