I love that each time I come I get to try a new protein that I've never had before. Between the Rabbit Ragu, Chingiale (wild boar with pasta), and even buffalo choices. The food is always incredible and service always stands out. Well done to Chef Elise!
Cattivella is hands down the best restaurant in Denver. It is my go-to every time I’m in town from Chicago and I can’t say enough amazing things about the ambiance, food and cocktails.
