Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people.
