I absolutely do not post negative reviews but I feel robbed so here we are…. I ordered caprese and what is this…. Where is the filling?!? For $6 this is wild.

The atmosphere and the cafeteria is pleasant, cozy. The empanadas are delicious, and well filled, but expensive. My husband and I ordered 2 Spanish tortillas, 6 empanadas, 1 large juice, and 1 small cafe con leche. Almost 55 dollars.
For once it's fine, but no more.
The lady who served us was not very efficient in dealing with us.

The lady that helped us was rude. Not sure why you have her working there. My wife is from Argentina and I lived there. Never have I had such a rude person asking us basic questions in a rude fashion and not responding to me because I spoke English and then I had to repeat my simple question to her then gave me dirty looks. I was very offended by this. Never going back there again
Today I went for the first time, early in the morning and we ordered something for breakfast with my husband. From the moment we entered we felt a bad vibe from the employee, since she didn't even respond to our greeting. He offered us what they had in a bad way, and when he brought us the coffee with milk, not only did he not bring us spoons, but he didn't even offer us sugar, sweetener, etc. I had to get up to ask him. When we went for the first time we didn't know what it was like or is, if you should search alone or not. But at least he would have told us, he just left the cups on the table and left (which by the way was a little cold) Very unkind of him. We were thinking of buying empanadas to take away, but with such poor service, we didn't feel like it.

I just don’t get it I guess. Tasty enough but it’s a small meat pie for like $6 each. If I’m hungry, 2 is the minimum and 3 checks in at $18. Plus you have to pay for dipping sauces. There is no variety or sides. We ordered some pear pies with our to go order but they were out so we had to just convert that to some little chocolate muffin. It’s not bad I just don’t leave feeling like a fair exchange was made.

The food was hot and delicious! It had soothing atmosphere with Latin music playing. It’s a place worth trying if you visit Denver.

It was ok, but not delicious. We were hungry again a couple hours after eating here. Parking was extremely frustrating. As tourists looking for a place to stop for lunch, trying to download a parking app on the spot, with poor reception between tall buildings (half a bar), was impossible. We found a pricey side lot and paid $9 to park for a 30-minute lunch.

I was not truly alive until I had these empanadas, I tell you! They were so good, I ordered them for my whole office a few days after ordering them for myself. Every single one was gone within an hour or so, and everyone came to tell me how great they were!

Had been anticipating visiting Maria Empanada for some time based on the menu & reviews. All of the vegetarian options contain dairy. I wish there had been a dairy-free option. I bought a veggie and a potato. They left a little bit on the table for me.
Vegetarian options: No vegan options, all empanadas are brushed with egg.
Dietary restrictions: Not all ingredients were disclosed
