Amazing cocktail experience! Fun cool local spot. Smoky drink had a great presentation - came in a little lantern!
Loved this place, especially the Broken Carijillo & Flaming Saturn… the former was wonderfully creamy, while the latter was the perfect Tiki-like strength and super juicy. Sierra was a great waitress as well, and the fries were awesome! Can’t wait to bring other folks on my next trip back.
This was an awesome last stop as we visited Denver. Our bartender, Joe, made the experience worth it. Just a natural down to earth person who makes the entire experience feel really attended and care for. Will 100% do it again upon returning to Colorado.

The Broken Cage offers high-quality cocktails at affordable prices, with an atmosphere that one could hide away in for ages. Vines hang over the counter, creating an earthy, classy vibe with gorgeous green velvet and plants. The menu boasts a variety of creative drinks, including the Divine Aviation and Dirty Dalgano, and the Above and Beyond flatbread is a popular choice. Service was great, and the atmosphere is everything you want in your life. The Broken Cage is a great spot to return to and try more of their offerings. This bar is one of the best, with one of the best happy hours. Every drink was fantastic, but the real standouts were the Unimportance of being Ernest, Moxa, the Black Smoke for presentation alone, and the Colfax Dirty Martini. They had amazing cocktails, including the smoked watermelon basil margarita. The hummus plate was fresh and delicious. The ambiance was perfect, with hanging plants and cozy vibes. They also sell all the plants they have.
