She was talking too fast with no breaks between different dishes or drinks and expressed annoyances when we asked her to repeat or explain. The quality and creativity of the menu is truly outstanding. And the servers were knowledgeable, friendly and always available. Matsuhisa delivers a wonderful experience but beware the price level for some of their specialty dishes. And, unfortunately, the noise level is just unacceptable for an otherwise excellent experience
