It just took us exactly 19 minutes to get through the DRIVE THRU. Not only that, but when he gave us our stuff, two things were missing and we had to remind him to get them. I am amazed at the lack of care these workers expressed. One lady stood in 1 spot the entire time we were at the window (9 minutes out of the 19 minutes total time).
