They have done pretty good with my orders but today I ordered 2 cheese burgers with extra picked. Both came with no pickles 😮💨. If it was not a stop on the way from work I would take them back.
I’ve had mixed service and food quality at this location. Some times I have excellent fresh food and others I have horrible food with long wait times and bad service. What has been consistent is their night crew past 9pm has had longer wait times (over 30 minutes in the drive thru) with the food being good and not fresh versus when I order late morning. I’ve sent multiple complaints regarding their night crews service with not adequate remedy.
Every time I go in they always get my order wrong by shorting me some times 3 or 4 items that are very noticeably not on the tray last time the shorted me a frie a 10 piece nuggets and a bigmac
