Been here several times and the opening staff is always rude. Ordered a large meal and it was halfway put together with the wrong toppings for the drink and the fries being half empty. Paid extra to have a specialty meal and instead i get this mediocre quality service.

Pretty hostile manager that works at night. I get he had 5 cars and the guy in front of me was changing his order last minute but I did see him pick up my ice cubes with his hands and put them in my tea. I had asked for a new tea and proceeds to tell me it's fresh. I said, just give me a fresh tea please. He disappeared from the drink area with my new tea, maybe a minute, and comes back and says see I made it in front of you and slams the drive through window closed after handing it to me. Unfortunately, I go to this location about 4 nights a week. Guess I'll be looking for something else. I know fast food is rough, but follow protocol or find something else. I also threw the tea away because you never know. I had ordered a Quarter Pounder meal that should have been about $10.79 plus tax. Oddly enough I was charged $13.90 and I asked the manager in the drive through about it, he said that was for a large. I was going to let it go at and just get my meal. Should have stuck to order from within the APP but wouldn't have saved me from the dirty habits that were displayed by the manager and my tea.

Went there for lunch with my daughter and wife the food was great and the staff was great
Busy busy busy
Always a last minute hit just to addicting
These new menu kiosks area joke. Get real employees.
Really disappointed, at one point this was my go to location for this area
Ordered table service, food was out instantly. Refused to give me a tray and tried to get me to take my meal to go. First burger the Meat was cold, cheese want even melted/ stuck to meat or bun, and a ton of ketchup. Second Burger came out need almost tasted Rancid and it looks like they've dumped an entire packet of pepper on the base, then completely forgot the ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Just meet, cheese, bun, and 3-4x more pepper than I've ever had from McDonald's.
frozen drink werent even 3/4 full and i don't mean melted they just never filled it all the way. I oxered a large but i got a small-medium amount. Order had fries were burnt yet cold. It's a if they are pre-cooking things an hour prior then setting them out until someone orders. Restaurant was empty, yet floors and tables were dirty. Bathroom smelt like someone left pee in the toilet overnight, and staff was just rude.
The chicken nuggets were the only thing sort of fresh tasting. Mind you, they forgot the sauce so I had to go back and ask, where I got a mild attitude about it, but I finally got my sauce.
In the time I sat there to enjoy my meal, despite the staff, I watched a total of 4 people in 30 minutes, 3 of which had issues with their meal (missing or incorrect items)
If you want sweet tea don’t go here, go to canes.
McDonald’s has always been known for their classic Southern-style sweet tea — you know, the kind that’s actually sweet. It used to be a go-to But the location on Hampden consistently drops the ball. Every single time I’ve gotten sweet tea from this store, it’s been completely watered down and lacking any real flavor. It’s like they waved a bag of sugar over the cup but didn’t actually put any in.
It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time issue — it’s every visit. Other McDonald’s locations seem to get it right, so why can’t this one? Step it up, Hampden McDonald’s.
Wasted money and time going to this McDonald’s.

Bro has a terrible attitude. I’ve never had worse service. We were one of two cars in line and was so rude to our car for ordering more than one burger. Skip this location
When I place my order at 7:00 this morning the gentleman got it wrong, I corrected it and he said okay. He still had it wrong, it was hard to understand him as English is not his first language. The gentleman at the pick up window didn't seem to speak much English and he looked like he just got off the bus or out of the factory, no semblance of a uniform on him at all. It's a sloppy, bad look for McDonald's, I will not go there again. Twice the price less food and too many mistakes, they need to change the Big Mac to the Mini Mac. I'm done with McDonald's, how low can they go.
Good service, horrible food
Worst McDonald’s ever. Eating from a dumpster is more sanitary. 0% chance of getting an order correct. Not a single care from staff. Honestly unemployment would serve these workers better before getting someone severely sick.
Your standard McDonald's. Quick and efficient service and the nuggets were hot.
