Going to any other location is absolutely worth the few minutes drive.This place gets your simple order wrong, then treats you like a thief when you ask for it to be fixed. Train your staff before insulting your customers.Update: they had me wait for over 20 minutes for my order, two cheeseburgers, at which point my lunch break was over. I ended up leaving without any food because they took back the wrong order. I'm not sure if they were ever planning on bringing anything at all. It felt like they were in there laughing at me.

Changing my rating to 1 star. Management can you please train the workers that somebody ordering a DIET drink sometime is not trying to just lose weight. There is a little disease called diabetes. Also they like to charge for adding bacon but always seem to forget to put it on the burger.

We ordered from the kiosk, as this was the only option for ordering. We were dining in, and prompted to take a table number as the food would be brought to us. A receipt never printed (we later found out the ink was out, as only blank receipt paper would print for other customers). After waiting 20 minutes, we still didn’t have food. We asked the cashier for an update with the food, and explained we never got a receipt. He asked again for a receipt, tried telling us we had to pay again, then walked away multiple times when trying to explain our order, which included only 2 meals items and 2 drinks. When we finally got our food, part of the order was still wrong. At this time, other customers were complaining about the kiosk order to the same cashier. Similarly, they were asked to reorder/repay, and he walked away from them.No issues with the quality of the food once it was finally received, minus the wrong meal items. I can understand technical issues. But the poor customer service towards us, and frankly the other customers, made the almost 30 minute food wait not worth the visit.

Rude management Roberto . Will follow up with higher management! Lacks customer service skills!!! Appalled ?Was supposed to receive 20% discount. Roberto argued with me ( big mistake)Store on Dartmouth Avenue off SheridanIn Denver Colorado. I tried calling, no answer. Had to drive back. Not very happy!

The drive-through cashier Jonathan was very friendly and patient. Excellent customer service. I don’t see a lot of people being kind that work in fast food nowadays, so I just wanted to say thank you. They were also very fast and got us in and out of line.
