We ordered from the kiosk, as this was the only option for ordering. We were dining in, and prompted to take a table number as the food would be brought to us. A receipt never printed (we later found out the ink was out, as only blank receipt paper would print for other customers). After waiting 20 minutes, we still didn’t have food. The drive-through cashier Jonathan was very friendly and patient. Excellent customer service. I don’t see a lot of people being kind that work in fast food nowadays, so I just wanted to say thank you. They were also very fast and got us in and out of line.
Updated review: All I can say is AVOID this place past 9pm unless you feel like waiting in the drive-through until closing time or get told by the time you hit the ordering box that they are only accepting online orders for the rest of night. The fast food is not fast, the fries are either soggy/hard/or completely oversalted.Plain and simple: IF IT IS LATE NIGHT AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE REGISTER GOING, CLOSE ONE OF THE DRIVE THROUGH BOXES.
