You can order a bowl off their menu, or you can do a build your own, which I am always a fan of to create a bowl to my liking and keep it healthier if I want. Reasonably priced, lots of gluten free, nut free, and vegan options as well.“

“Loved our meal at Acova and would highly recommend. I made a reservation in advance for my husband's birthday and we got a great table. Crowded & lively restaurant, fun atmosphere. My husband & daughter both have celiac disease and the menu was great for them, with so many gluten free options and both the host & server were aware & knowledgeable about what they could order. Everything we had was delicious - miso noodle salad, GF crab cakes, GF shrimp tortellini, lobster mac n cheese & afogato for dessert. We are from out of town, but will definitely hit this spot again the next time we are in Denver.“
