“Jollof-Jollof Food Truck and Mobile deserves five stars. The Senegalese food here is full of rich flavor, warmth and culture. The jollof rice was the standout — seasoned beautifully, cooked perfectly and full of that deep, comforting flavor that makes West African food so special.
The lamb was amazing. It was tender, flavorful and seasoned with care. Every bite had a great balance of spices, rice and meat, and nothing felt rushed or basic. You can tell the chef understands the cuisine and puts real passion into each plate.
The chef is the best. The food tastes homemade, authentic and made with pride. I highly recommend Jollof-Jollof Food Truck and Mobile to anyone looking for delicious Senegalese food, amazing jollof rice and some of the best lamb around.“

“I have major food allergies and a very limited diet. There is no way I would force my husband/family to eat what I have to eat. For years I have made 2 meals every night. Now that we are empty nesters, it became hard to force myself to make something nutritional & tasty for my husband when I can even taste it. Finally decided meal boxes was a great solution for his meals. We were doing the Hello boxes, but they switched the warehouse and were shipping our meals from Texas. Then I found Prefare. they are local, use local providers, and have minimal packaging. Love all that. I hated the waste that the other boxes had. My husband has enjoyed all the meals that I have made. Since it is just for him, I split a box between 2 days. Most boxes are super easy to split so he gets a fresh meal every night. They are also, easy enough that it's not a hassle to make separate meals for the two of us. Highly Recommend!“

“Had the munchies and my sweet tooth wanted some flan . So we went to the local restaurant to get some thinking it was made in house . No they had these Anastasia’s Bakery stock in the front for Togo . Little did I know they were selling them as a third party. The restaurant was located off Morrison road here in Denver. My only regret is that I did not buy more. But now that I know who makes the and where you guys are located. I will be back quite frequently. Keep up the great work.!“
