Beef carpaccio was a hit. Had just about everything on the menu and everything was perfect, the burrata, cow tongue burrito, mushroom risotto, oxtail tacos, tuna. Cocktails were delicious. Attentive waiter. Waiting for this place to get a Michelin star.
We just experienced both of the Alma spaces, and were impressed by both. The food and the cocktails are both a unique flavor journey that Denver has needed. Personally if I could hire chef Owen (we sat at the counter and had the pleasure of watching all of the attention to detail and teamwork)I would in an instant for his commitment to the culture, excellence and experience.

One of the best meals we have ever had (saying a LOT as I’m from NYC!) We planned on going around 9, but our flight was delayed and we didn’t end up getting there until 10:45. I was a bit worried showing up so late but everyone was SO kind and welcoming! Not to mention the food was absolutely insane. The cocktails were superb (beet spritz, mezcal old fashioned and corn sour). Overall the experience exceeded our expectations. We ordered about half the items on the menu and...
