Mian Fresh Noodle Bar offers an amazing food experience with lots of good options. The signature beef noodle soup has a broth that is so flavorful, so yummy, and the best broth many have had. Other standout dishes include the chili oil wontons, mapo tofu noodle, pork belly rice, original pork noodle soup, chow mein, potstickers, crab ragoons, and the animal bun for desert. The pork belly rice is super delicious, with generous, perfectly tender pork and amazing seasoned rice. Potstickers are perfectly cooked with chewy but not tough exteriors. The restaurant is very clean with fun, upbeat music creating a fun atmosphere and ample seating. The staff is super friendly, sweet, and provides amazing customer service, with very good service overall. It is a highly recommended place that customers plan to come back to again and again.
