The food was terrible, I had the rib tacos. They gave me food poisoning. We were there right before closing. Ate the food then right away needed to run to the restroom. My stomach was killing me, I then threw up on the plane twice. Never again.

The cashier missed one of my items. He did not go over the order. When the preparer brought us the food we were short a short rib taco meal. When the preparer brought came back she went and checked the pick list. The rib tacos were not on the ticket. I assumed that the cashier got everything because it was over $100. My problem is not that a mistake was made but that she rudely said I had to get back in the line to order it. I had tipped them and can’t get that back. I would have gladly paid but getting back in line for his mistake. So I paid $106 for 3 drinks 2 chicken tacos, 2 rice sides and one chips and queso. With the tip$ 128 they do not deserve the tip.

The sweet potato tacos are perfect. The flavor profile is so good! I normally cover everything in cholula or tapatio but this is delicious without any added hot sauce. A normal amount of spicy for me, but if you wouldn’t willingly drink hot sauce for fun, then it might be a little spicy for you. I will definitely try the other locations in town, but it is so wonderful to find a place with multiple vegetarian options in the airport.

Got the slow cooked short rib tacos. Polite, quick service. Priced well 17.99 for 3 tacos packed with filling and flavor. Not spicy. Plenty of seating.

Mr. William is the chef here. He has impeccable customer service and whips those tacos up in just a few minutes. Anytime I am in the Denver Colorado airport, I will be visiting Mister Oso for a good drink & taco.

Not sure if things have changed since some of the negative reviews, but this ranks as one of my best airport dining experiences. Food was delicious, fast, and fresh. Employees were super friendly and the vibe is bright and modern.

I’ll start with I absolutely love the Mister Oso in Boulder.

The food in DIA is definitely a step down, but much better than 95% of airport food. However, the chips suck at this DIA location. Feels like an easy fix to elevate the food here.
