Can't really do better for an airport restaurant. Not a long wait for a solo diner, super friendly and attentive service. Loved the Beet Down cocktail and had a really tasty curry soup and turkey burger. Will definitely make it a priority when flying through DEN again.
During a lengthy layover during lunch time, we found this restaurant. My wife and I each had their Veggie Burger. It is a large sandwich served with a side of delicious, waffle-style, sweet potato fries. They also have vegan ice cream, but we were too full to think about having any.
